As an Entry Level UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with our requirements, engineering, and proof-of-concept teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital platforms. We are looking for a candidate who is familiar with Figma, has a good understanding of modern UI/UX design principles, and is eager to learn and grow.
Please note - this is a Part-Time position
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the proof-of-concept team to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex workflows.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
- Use Figma and other design software to create user interface mockups.
- Keep updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (portfolio required if no degree).
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma is a must.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- If no degree, candidate must present a strong portfolio at the time of the interview.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for design.
- Secret Clearance or ability to obtain
