We are currently hiring a Jr. Product Designer who will work closely with our client Account stakeholders, project team members, and our Design Capability Lead to design and deliver innovative digital experiences for our Banking clientele. The best candidate will possess outstanding creativity, a highly detailed nature, and the ability to help define and solve experience-design challenges.


  • Critical to the role is the ability to work within all areas of digital design, with a focus on UX or UI design.
  • You will devise interaction strategies in sync with user goals and clients’ business goals; develop navigation structures, design wireframes and simple interactive prototypes; and organize content, all while advocating for end-user needs and goals. You will also assist with user research activities, competitive research, and auditing digital experiences against interactive design best practices.

Location: Onsite Montreal, QC

Type of Hire: Full Time.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaged and active in the project lifecycle – from co-defining creative and business
  • requirements to usability and build
  • Work collaboratively with your Digital Design Lead, account managers, and developers to deliver digital output of the highest quality
  • Articulate and present creative ideas and treatments to your teams
  • Keep up to date on the latest design trends and incorporate them into deliverables
  • Willingness to learn, grow and develop skills and abilities
  • Work closely with senior staff to improve your skills in all areas of digital creative and tech

Required Experience

  • 0-3 years of experience in UI, UX or Product Design. Graduate from a Digital-design related field
  • or Computer Science program with design emphasis.
  • Portfolio or work samples from school projects or professional/internship projects that
  • demonstrate design capabilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to receive creative direction
  • Ability to produce UI designs at the low fidelity stage of the design process with intent to show
  • how the design will function and what interactive flows and information designs might look like.
  • Understanding interaction design best practices and developing awareness of the role of
  • animations and transitions.
  • Appreciation for user-centered design decisions and ability to empathize with end users
  • Contributor and supportive team player who can collaborate effectively with others
