As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Software Development Team in St. Paul, MN plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home™ by consistently providing the highest level of customer facing digital products.
As a Digital Product Manager, you’ll report to the Manager of Digital Product Design within Lighthouse Studio. You will work with departments across West Shore Home to identify and execute high impact improvements that unlock new product opportunities.
What You’ll Contribute
In this role you can expect to:
· Design, implement, iterate, and improve our applications to bring features to life.
· Champion design patterns and best practices to ensure the health of the user interface and user experience.
· Collaborate with a tight-knit, cross-functional team using Scrum methodology.
· Interact with stakeholders and end users throughout the company.
· Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
· Invest and participate in team processes, such as design critiques, documentation, and training.
