About the Role:
We’re looking for a Designer to join our growing design practice within our agency. You’ll be joining a team of three other designers, reporting directly to the Creative Director, Design.
You’ve got at least one year of agency experience, have a well-rounded design skill set and can demonstrate strong digital and social capabilities. You’re able to develop ideas and content that will elevate brands across social platforms, work collaboratively and share your thinking clearly.
Design is a growing part of what we’re delivering for our roster of leading national and international brands. We’re looking for non-traditional thinking and culturally relevant ideas to bring our clients’ brands to life, while working collaboratively with the wider agency departments.
You will be designing for a variety of established clients and creative briefs, which may include social and web content, print collateral and identity development, as well as client and pitch decks.
Requirements:
- You must have a firm grasp of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch.
- Experience designing branded content for social campaigns.
- Shows incredible passion and experience in creating content across social media platforms
- Strong - understanding of the latest social platforms and design requirements
- Effectively take direction, and communicate ideas well
- Must be organized, have an eye for detail, with a solid foundation in typography and layout.
Responsibilities :
- Develop designs across various interfaces and channels
- Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touch point
- Design logos, icons and infographics
- Design and develop visual identity components
- Create and organize production assets
- Ideally create motion graphics
- Resize assets for different devices — tablet, mobile and web
- Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations
