The Designer will work our projects focused on the North or communicating to the Inuit community. The primary responsibility of this role is to conceptualize and create impactful creative in various mediums to deliver our strategic creative approach. You are a team player and love your craft to the core.
You help foster a creative culture to thrive in. Being part of a creative group is more lifestyle than it is a job. It’s a mindset that doesn’t turn off when you go home or the weekend rolls around. It’s part of who you are and why you do what you do. Every single person in the creative group has a responsibility to add to the creative culture – share your knowledge and insights, lend a hand, build on ideas. So push, support and thrive together to reach new levels.
You are a part of a team. We are a creative group with no wall or borders. Just a creative collective that wins and learns together. It’s always a team approach. We actively seek to help each other where we can. We take on more when our teammates have too much. We put up our hands to ask for help. We share ideas and draw from our collective experiences.
