Design Operations Intern 8 Months - Summer 2024

Summary/About the opportunity:

Collaborate with other DesignOps functions to unite disciplines across Design and with cross functionally. This is a unique role to learn and experience different Design ceremonies and crafts of Product Designers, Researchers and end to end solution delivery, with lens of scale and effectiveness. Learn about how various functions within our UX team operate, and how you can help optimize the way they work.

Primary Responsibilities/ What you’ll get to do :

• Lead an internal program that will help impact the way we do Design
• Attend Design Ceremonies – with a lens of optimizing the operations and impact
• Have fun while maintaining our cultural events across the team
• Join Design Workshops and understand how the Design Process works for optimizing at scale
• Work alongside other DesignOps to learn more about how their work impacts Designers’ operations through our weekly meetings and engagements
• Operate in a sprint and scrum framework

Qualifications/Skills and experience we value:

• Understanding of the end to end UX Process (including Design, Research)

• Project Management or Time Management skills

• An interest in Process or how things work

Nice to have:

• Understanding of how Front End development processes work
• Agile processes
