Design Intern (Part-Time)
The Many is looking for a highly motivated and creative Design Intern to join our team. As a Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn from and work closely with experienced designers and creatives, gaining valuable experience in the day-to-day operations of a creative agency. This role will also have routine exposure to our agency design and creative founder. You will have the chance to contribute to a variety of client projects and internal marketing initiatives, as well as develop your skills in design, typography, and visual composition.
What this role is responsible for:
- Observe and assist Design team in design, development, and revisions for both client projects and internal marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with creative teams and senior designers on ideation, exploration, concept development, and final execution in both print and digital deliverables
- Support design team in general; including but not limited to stock searches, internal and external presentation decks, insitu mock-ups, etc
- Research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital design and AI
What we need from you:
- High degree of knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient Google Slides
- Knowledge and desire to learn needed elements from Figma, InVision, and CMS backends
- Demonstrated high degree of proficiency in typography and visual composition is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and take responsibility for key elements
- Approach work with an open, flexible outlook and a focus on best results
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams both executionally and conceptually
- Passion and hunger to learn and get your hands dirty

- Open to hybrid in-office collaboration (three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays)
The salary offered for this opportunity is $18.00 per hour. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package (i.e. benefits, retirement plan employer match, etc.).
