Design Intern (Los Angeles)

TIXR is a leading ticketing technology company and exclusive partner with some of the largest Live and Virtual Events, festivals and venues, monetizing through event ticketing, merchandise, food & beverage, and hotel hospitality for passionate fans around the world.

Tixr is looking for a rockstar Design Intern to work closely with our Director of Sales Operations to support our hyper growth technology business and its sales team. This is a hybrid role that will require the candidate to be in-office in Santa Monica several times a week to work closely with staff on projects related to our sales team and the business. The ideal candidate possesses a “can-do” proactive mentality, is a fast-learner, maintains a positive attitude  and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a growth-mindset. We're looking for a highly organized individual who can manage multiple projects at once with a positive attitude. This individual is a great listener, a critical thinker, understands a sales cycle or working closely with a sales team, and is passionate about continued process improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Design sales materials (both internal and external)
• Design client-facing demo materials
• Assist with standardization projects
• Act as support on updating existing materials as needed  
• Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to achieve success

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working on a graphic design degree
• Knowledge of tech products: Slack, Canva, Adobe, G-Suite, Notion, Loom, CRM softwares, Zapier, etc. preferred
• Technology proficient and resourceful - able to perform with minimal supervision
• Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with various teams & various levels of an organization
• Excels in organization, time management and prioritization  
• Proactive problem solver, self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a team player
• Proven understanding of a sales cycle/understanding a sales organization and its needs
• Creative, analytical, adaptable, flexible, eager to learn
