Design Intern - Fall 2023

The imre paid intern program offers undergraduate students a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience working at a fast-paced social advertising agency. As an imre design intern, you will have an opportunity to design within consumer and healthcare spaces, with a strong focus on the healthcare side. In working within a social-driven agency, you can expect to deepen your knowledge of design for social media and other digital and print platforms. Through this exploration, you will learn how to apply brand identity and strategic thinking to your design work within our dynamic portfolio of clients. At the end of your internship, you will be given the opportunity to present your work and share the knowledge you gained during your time with us. Are you ready to be imre’s next design intern? Program goals for design intern:

• Accurately translate creative and account feedback and apply it to existing design files
• Demonstrate good production, organization, and file management skills
• Grow your professional network within a supportive environment, and establish strong working relationships including potential mentors along the way

Program expectations for design intern:

• Gain familiarity with the agency environment
• Build upon your existing portfolio with agency work
• Learn to brainstorm and collaborate with a copy partner
• Learn how to capture brand identity and design within brand guidelines

Application Requirements:

• College junior or senior
• Resume and cover letter
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs
• Portfolio project samples (add these under the "Add Portfolio" option)
• A time commitment of 16 hours per week (must fall within our core business hours, which are M-Thu, 8:30-5:30 ET)
• 12-week program
