We do this by building industry-specific vendor management & procurement software that connects over 6,000 buildings & 40,000 vendors in a single marketplace. We improve efficiency & reduce costs for property managers while driving new business to vendors across the continent.

The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver excited to tackle complex UI/UX challenges. You measure your success in conversions, churn rates and net promoter scores that keep the competition firmly in the rear view mirror. You thrive in environments where the products are innovative, the customers are unique, and the stakes are high. You choose to work with startups so you can make an impact.

What will you bring to our team from day one?

• A startup mentality (comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team based environment where you’d have to wear multiple hats).
• 1+ years solving complex user experience problems with elegant, shipped products.
• A track record of optimizing B2B conversion in analytics, marketing and/or e-commerce software.
• The ability to track the performance of designs post-launch and continue to optimize based on data (experience with A-B testing and other methodologies)
• Fluency in Figma.
• Competence in both visual and interaction design (you have a grasp of the interplay among words, visuals, space, time, and behaviours of digital user interfaces).
• Experience building user experience flows and executing on them.
• Understanding of design systems and how to contribute to them.
• The ability to articulate design decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Bonus: An understanding of guidelines and standards of web design and knowledge of HTML, CSS and web fonts is preferred.
