Headspace Health Product & Experience Internship Program:
We are excited for a class of Product & Experience interns to join our team. This internship will run from Monday, May 15th through Thursday, August 17th and the weekly schedule will be Monday through Thursday. We look forward to reviewing your application!About the Copywriter (UX/Content/Marketing) Intern at Headspace Health:

As the Copywriter (UX/Content/Marketing) Intern, you’ll apply your writing chops to play a key role in the design of all touchpoints in the user experience. Working across marketing, product, and brand, you’ll help create meaningful conversations with customers, building a lasting relationship. More than a wordsmith, you will participate in all phases of design to develop deep customer empathy, define customer problems, ideate, and experiment with customers. You will support the planning, writing, editing, and managing of customer-centric content across our ecosystem, stitching a cohesive narrative across products and platforms ensuring every button, every notification, and every error message is thoughtful, human, and inclusive. You will contribute new ideas for voice and tone, content search, and content delivery.How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace Health:

  • Understanding of writing fundamentals while learning to write for a digital product
  • Write using Headspace’s voice and tone
  • Crafts clear and concise content for simple features and small projects such as notifications, error messages, interaction flows, and in-product messaging
  • Ability to be prolific with ideas and explorations within guidelines and timelines while receiving feedback from key stakeholders
  • Understanding of search functionality and how to improve the offering of relevant content

What you’ve accomplished:

  • Strong writing skills
  • Students pursuing a BA/BS, MA/MS
  • Interested and experience in Content Strategy and UX thinking
  • Love presenting and storytelling
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentational
  • Interest in mental health and well-being is a plus
  • Thorough attention to detail
