About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Conversational Designer to join our Partner Success Team, helping us to continually improve the value of our products and the student experience with our technology.


Responsibilities

  • Support the development, organization, execution, and improvement of proactive chatbot messages for all EdSights products.
  • Collaborate primarily with the Partner Success team to support and fulfill partner messaging requests in order to optimize user engagement, drive desired outcomes, and uphold a consistent voice and quality.
  • Build proficiency in EdSights products.
  • Use Asana and Notion to maintain internal tasks as well as track and continuously enhance our chatbot campaign library.
  • Continuously analyze the results and impact of proactive chatbot messages, and test, iterate, and improve conversational flows based on data.
  • Conduct conversational design and user research to improve messaging best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams by using conversation analytics to inform the development of EdSights products and marketing content.


What You Should Have

  • 1+ years of Conversational Design experience
  • Higher Education Degree
  • Passion for education and student success
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Team player with an eagerness and proactiveness to grow and learn
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • An eagerness to build processes & systems that will scale with a growing company
  • A self-starter mindset in a fast-paced environment and the ability to problem-solve
  • "No task is too small" attitude
