About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Conversational Designer to join our Partner Success Team, helping us to continually improve the value of our products and the student experience with our technology.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, organization, execution, and improvement of proactive chatbot messages for all EdSights products.
- Collaborate primarily with the Partner Success team to support and fulfill partner messaging requests in order to optimize user engagement, drive desired outcomes, and uphold a consistent voice and quality.
- Build proficiency in EdSights products.
- Use Asana and Notion to maintain internal tasks as well as track and continuously enhance our chatbot campaign library.
- Continuously analyze the results and impact of proactive chatbot messages, and test, iterate, and improve conversational flows based on data.
- Conduct conversational design and user research to improve messaging best practices.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams by using conversation analytics to inform the development of EdSights products and marketing content.
What You Should Have
- 1+ years of Conversational Design experience
- Higher Education Degree
- Passion for education and student success
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Very strong attention to detail
- Team player with an eagerness and proactiveness to grow and learn
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- An eagerness to build processes & systems that will scale with a growing company
- A self-starter mindset in a fast-paced environment and the ability to problem-solve
- "No task is too small" attitude
