Contributes to the design of products and features that directly impact the consumer experience. Contributes to the design of innovative solutions by collaborating with all involved teams and supporting new and existing features across multiple applications. Participates in multiple programs/systems as a project team member.Major Duties And Responsibilities

Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Assist in the design of mockups to support product requirements.Assist in the design of information architecture and wireframes that both meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience.Support the wider design team to drive cross-platform consistency.Assist in modification, enhancement, and implementation of design specifications and assets suitable for implementation.Organize files and follows all established design patterns when applicable.Participate in design and wireframe reviews and brainstorming sessions to help solve problems.Support the cross-functional team to understand expectations, priorities, and necessary deliverables.Work closely with the greater design team to respond, clarify or define specific application look and feel.Required Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishInterested in and open to learning about new design techniques and user-centered design (UCD) process methods to digital applications from concept to launchAbility to demonstrate UI and UX design skills via portfolioBasic understanding of platform specific nomenclatureAbility to sketch and generate big-picture ideas for early-stage UX workDemonstrates time management skills and the ability to be self-directed when neededDemonstrates client (presentation) communication skills and the ability to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)Basic understanding of UX best practicesAbility to deliver against several initiatives simultaneouslyAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to fully engage and collaborate with teamRequired EducationBachelor's Degree in Design/Art/HCI/Media/Related Field, or equivalent real world experienceRequired Related Work Experience And Number Of Years
