As an Associate Marketing Designer, you’ll play a critical role in building the brand equity and perception of LevelTen Energy by creating a consistent aesthetic in our marketing materials. We’ll lean on your creativity to produce a wide range of content, including digital ads, PDF guides, email banners, marketing webpages, infographics and more. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Design and Marketing team members to identify requirements, scope deliverables, manage dependencies, and deliver solutions
  • Enhance and extend existing brand materials
  • Develop and maintain detailed design documentation including specifications, assets, and style guides
  • Regularly present your work to senior leaders for review and feedback
  • Communicate with senior management to develop an aesthetic and brand that reflects LevelTen Energy’s core values, ideals, and strategic goals
  • Create web-ready images for banner ads, social media posts, email announcements, and press releases
  • Collaborate with the marketing/design team to build reusable templates, components and systems that ensure visual and creative consistency
  • Produce visual assets quickly and accurately without compromising quality standards
  • Identify gaps in the asset ecosystem and offer suggestions on new content ideas
  • Partner daily with cross functional partners including sales, product, customer success, and leadership
  • Conceptualize and create marketing materials across a variety of media while elevating LevelTen’s brand perception and position

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer
  • A portfolio of brand and marketing design work
  • A strong sense of visual aesthetics, including familiarity with leading trends across multiple platforms, as well as existing and emerging mediums
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • The ability to self-manage with little oversight
  • Experience designing data visualizations and graphs
  • Experience creating sales presentations, quarterly reports, and other editorial content
  • Experience creating icons, logos, illustrations, and diagrams for marketing efforts and internal collateral
  • Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Expertise with design tools including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, & Figma a plus
  • Illustration skills, hand lettering skills, motion graphics/animation a plus
  • Experience creating / maintaining design systems is a plus
  • Experience working with in a growing start-up environment

Additional Details

  • The estimated compensation for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 base per year plus 20% variable compensation, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible for an equity grant.
