Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED Required
• 1-5 years' experience in professional and/or educational experience doing end-to-end UX or interaction design in an agency or software setting
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, User Experience, Interactive Design, Design and Technology, Graphic Design, Media Arts or related field preferred.
• A compelling portfolio of UX design work that showcases your problem framing, research, problem solving, visualization skills, and overall understanding of the Human Centered Design (HCD) process.
• Working knowledge of current User Experience methodologies, including an understanding of the methods of other Experience Design areas, including Research and Front-End Development.
• Excellent visual communication skills, and refined ability to clarify complex problems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including confident presentation skills and the ability to persuasively articulate design rationale to peers and leaders.
• Demonstrated knowledge of design tools and platforms (such as Adobe CS, Sketch, Figma, Mural, Invision etc.)
• Working knowledge or experience working in or of Scrum Agile methodology.
• Experience and training in Personal Identification Information (PII) or Personal Health Information (PHI) preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative/agile design process.
• A working style that demonstrates respect, initiative, ownership, transparency, and accountability.
• Have a genuine passion for helping people who need our help the most.
