Associate Content Designer | Financial Services

Red Ventures is seeking an Associate Content Designer to join our dynamic creative team supporting a partner within the financial space. In this role, you'll flex your writing and creative problem-solving skills across various digital channels, support a well known financial brand and create compelling user experiences that help people choose the right financial products. You'll get to do all of this while working alongside a highly collaborative team of product designers, product managers, engineers and UX researchers.

What You'll Do:

• Write content and microcopy for landing pages, emails, user flows and more
• Develop copy for online ads and partnership experiences
• Use your knowledge of product design and UX to inform content strategy
• Use data, user research and performance metrics to optimize existing site experiences
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and propose solutions

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of writing experience
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Writing samples or a portfolio of work
• A firm grip on UX and digital content principles
• Experience using data to iterate on existing digital experiences
• The ability to confidently present work to internal stakeholders
• A coachable, approachable and highly motivated personality
• A self-starter attitude and the ability to self-edit work and manage priorities
• A sense of humor and eagerness to participate in a fun, collaborative culture

Compensation

• Cash Compensation Range: $42-72K*
  
• Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
