The Digital Evolution is critical to driving PepsiCo’s ambitions around being FASTER, STRONGER, and BETTER. The Digital Products & Services team designs, builds, and stands up digital solutions across the value chain, that are embedded into business processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high ROI. Guided by PepsiCo’s global priorities, the Digital Products & Services team create user-centric digital products that can be scaled globally by leveraging the leading technologies, advanced analytics algorithms and latest user research.

The UX Design role profile -


UX Designers: are responsible for understanding user pain points/requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. They are experts in creating both functional and appealing features for users


Technical Skills

  • Azure
  • HTML5, CSS3, and ES6
  • Industry standard design and research tools (Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma, InVision, User testing) UX, UI, coding
  • Photoshop
  • Visual Design, Wireframes


  • Take note: While final work placement will be in one of the following two locations, no specific location is guaranteed pre-offer. Actual working location will be determined and identified at the point of offer ***
  • Plano, TX
  • Purchase, NY

Qualifications:

What we’re looking for:

  • Education: UX internships require applicants to be enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA 3.0
  • Ability to learn new technologies and processes information quickly
  • Ability to adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to participate in ten or twelve-week internship program May - August


Minimum Qualifications - Each candidate is expected to:

  • UX internships require applicants to be enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, such as Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Graduate with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within one (1) year of internship completion
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
