You’ll start with a cohort of 30-50 other college grads who become your built-in support system as you navigate the start of your career – together. You'll have onboarding and extended programming to help you learn the ropes, accelerate your learning, and further hone your skills.

What You’ll Do

• Ability to take projects from concept to production while thoughtfully considering how their designs can support RV's brand and company objectives.
• Demonstrate skill in design strategy, layout, typography, illustration, and visual hierarchy.
• Comfortable with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Exhibit an understanding of our mission and values, conceptual design, visual systems, and demonstrating a storytelling approach.
• Efficiently communicate with project managers and manage your work tasks.
• Ensure a high standard of visual execution and consistency across all platforms.
• Identify data-driven opportunities to innovate on-site, while sticking to deadlines
• Iterate on existing designs to improve usability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduating with Bachelor's degree in Winter 2022 or Spring 2023
• Start date with one of May or July cohorts
• Comfortable with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Understanding of digital design principles and layout strategy
• Portfolio with graphic design samples
• Ability to generate original ideas and visual concepts.
• Passion for your craft, with an appetite to stay on the cutting edge of new trends
• Team player with no ego, a competitive spirit, and great sense of humor
• Passionate about working in a dynamic, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• A strong desire and commitment to get better every day
• Pro-tip: include some samples of your work! Link to your portfolio, wireframes, publications, whatever represents what you do best.
