What You’ll Do

Associate Product Designers create responsive and complex web sites for globally-recognized brands in multiple high-growth industries At Red Ventures, we marry data and design - hooking our creative into powerful user behavior technology that helps us build better connections between brands and consumers. Our designers work directly with data scientists and business analysts to understand user behavior, build highly personalized digital experiences, and collect feedback in near-real-time. The lessons we learn inform new designs - producing websites unlock enormous growth, inspire action in consumers…and look amazing in the process. In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to the creation of product designs for massive digital brands through the use of design systems, standards and industry best practices
  • Explore various solutions through whiteboarding sessions with the broader creative team
  • Design from concept to execution, creating wireframes as well as high-fidelity visuals
  • Create interactive prototypes to be used in usability testing
  • Help conduct research through competitive analysis and usability testing to gain design insights
  • Identify data-driven opportunities to innovate on-site, while sticking to deadlines
  • Iterate on existing designs to improve usability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduating with Bachelor's degree in Winter 2022 or Spring 2023
  • Start date with one of May or July cohorts
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Invision
  • Understanding of digital design principles and layout strategy
  • Passion for your craft, with an appetite to stay on the cutting edge of new trends
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end libraries/frameworks is a plus
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with no ego, a competitive spirit, and great sense of humor
  • Passionate about working in a dynamic, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • A strong desire and commitment to get better every day
  • Great sense of humor (yes, it’s worth saying twice)
  • Pro-tip: include some samples of your work! Link to your portfolio, wireframes, publications, whatever represents what you do best.
