The Role

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will have to work with various scripting languages and technologies. You will be taking cues from car dealership representatives to update, fix and maintain their site to provide the best user experience. But you will get to put your stamp on some of the best automotive websites in the world. If you have experience as a web developer with good written and verbal communication skills - we want to talk to you.

The most important characteristic of our support team is that we have big pool of talents who works better and together. Our job is to help car dealers with their requests on managing the content of their websites. Support wants to provide the best-in-class customer journey by being focused with a customer centric approach.

Job Purpose Summary

The position is responsible for supporting, updating, and maintaining websites.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build, customize and modify customer websites
  • Provide client user, operational and technical support via Salesforce email, including answering questions, investigate and resolve technical problems, and execute necessary changes to maintain or build website/webpages functionality
  • Custom code using Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, PHP, CSS & HTML

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Solid knowledge and experience of web development with the below is required:
  • HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript/jQuery
  • Experience on managing cross browser compatibility issue
  • Ability to understand and update FTP driven websites
  • Hands-on-experience of working on a Content Management System
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, with a proven capability to effectively interact with customers
  • Ability to multi-task
